I don't see the big impact from this. Lore doesn't change, so the GRN will still shoot everyone. The only group that might benefit from this is IDF, who should get some sort of permission from GRN/Gallic Government before they barge into Sirius...

but yes, I didn't even know who to talk to about it, and I didn't see the permissions out of Gallia thread yet, so with my peons bugging me, we just went, although we never even sold anything :|
