I can understand the BHG fighting gallia seeing how the Royals dealt with them : you die too.
But the order ? What would the order be doing in Gallia ? Doesn't make any sence. Noms are their priority, not the royals.

Since in lore there are none, its completely pointless and resource consuming for them to be there with you know, a never ending war at their home planet.
