Yes, we have lots of capital ships, its problem? No, when player understand, that if there is nothing to do on BS, better change char to something other, not going somewhere and searching problems on your back.
And for the last time about MNS capspamn and ganking.... You would't tell this if you seen raids in alpha, when Corsairs with 5 Osirises and 2 Legates, CR with 6-7 fighters and BH with some destrs attacking 3 OC dreads and several fighters.... So lets tell fair, not we are the only...

ONLY 5 OSIRISES? they never come with less then 7, which atleast 5/7 is solarizers, and no less then 3 legates, EVER...

All I want to say is, let the 212th prove himself, we will see if they can manage themself or not, especially on Caps matter and upholding outcast law, because from my point of view, 212th is not a faction, its more like battlegroup or a family clan. They no different from XTF, 13th, ANC, TrB, but I hope they have fresh idea about themselves.
And I dont think 212th lead indie is a good idea, let indie be indie, after they being educated and learn from their experience, they may join 212th, XTF or maybe applying for 101st, its their choise.
