I've not seen you in Liberty much of late, aside from dodge shooting some stuff...
The issue is this -
Gaians are hostile to the outcasts. Blood Dragons kick outcasts out of Kusari. Gaians and Dragons are hostile to one another.
There is no reason these people would work together for any reason.
It's a little bit akin to the following hypothetical idea.
