It's not about the Program itself, it's about how you use the Program. A newer Photoshop might have more Options, but it depends on how you use it. There are awesome Drawings done in MS Paint.

Anyway, updated Signature now. I personally don't really like it, also the Quality has gone down the Toilet. So instead of just replacing it, as I have said before, I will post here so you can compare. Again I have made an animated and a non-animated Version.

Pro-Tip: Use my first blue Signature and the non-animated pink Signature and have them on Rotation. Instant Forum RP Distraction.

Dab took it down. But I assume that was only because of the blue Signature. I am sure the pink one is fine.
