May I propose ranking system?
Crime boss and underboss sounds silly.
What about Criminal Mastermind and Crime boss?
Heres chain of command that I thought of. Missing the lowest rank, though.
From:
Recruit --> Rookie --> Rogue --> Veteran --> Ace --> Underboss --> Crime boss
To:
(Recruit/Rookie) Pickpocket? Bagman? --> Marauder --> Rogue --> Thug --> Hitman --> Crime boss --> Criminal Mastermind

Criminal Mastermind sounds too clunky. To be fair I don't really mind what the ranks are called, if the only thing we're being called on are what we call each other behind closed doors, and whether we should be using MORE codes, I think we're onto a winner with this.
Concerning the Sabre, I'd not like to see too may Rogues flying Sabres, but I do believe that we should outfit our best pilots with the very best tech we can get hold of. Thusly I will talk to Niezck and suggest that only those who achieve a position equivalent to an expert pilot, possibly an award rather than a rank, will be able to pilot one, so most of the rank and file will still be flying the "Hound" series of craft.

After some discussion, the Sabres are staying. They are only useable by those who have obtained Ace rank. Aces are our best pilots and so will be given the best available to us. I will now edit the post to reflect certain ranks being granted certain specific ships.
Also, the rank system stays. We aren't masterminds by any stretch of the imagination. Even Valdar is only just slightly intelligent (compared to your average Rogue). The intelligent masterminds and serious criminals are the Lane Hackers, Rogues are just thugs and thieves really.

Replace Veteran with Thug, Rogue remains Rogue, Rookie to Marauder and Ace to Hitman.

It all looks good but i'd like to propose a couple of alterations. For one, I almost certainly will never use my rogue werewolf and i'll be damned if I ever get into a light fighter. I'm crap enough in a VHF fighter let alone a LF. I only really use the [LR]-Drax and no, I am not getting rid of my outcast destroyer, and I don't fly fighters. Not in the Rogues anyway (to be honest, the [LR]-Dravis named Rogue Werewolf is the only fighter I own. my GC char is a BD bomber).
Either way, i'm quite surprised at this sudden turn of events but quite pleased anyway. You'll have to let me know how you plan to proceed from here and where, if at all, you want me to go from here. I apologise for not having been around all week, i've been visiting a friend in London;)But yeah, we need to have a chat.
