There is still the problem of the Blood Dragon ships though...
I'm causing no trouble mate, if anything i'm trying to give you solutions to your excellent identification of our shortcomings, also still trying to find this link - i've enlisted help, but nothing so far.
If only Dopamino hadn't deleted it from his sig...
However, as stated, no Epigoni uses Hessian ships, never seeing anyone in them in my time in the [RoS]

I would like to draw attentionn to the missing weapons list, whilst it is patently obvious you will not be going for Corsair weapons, where do you draw the line, just how many nomad blasters are you allowed to mount on a Sabre? etc. etc.

Wheres the phantoms in your diplomancy? Yes I looked more then twice (not easy to do with that shade of green I assure you).
I've seen 1 RoS in a loki on, that was tonight while I was teasing him about his xenophobia (hi there oso!) and another in a rogue gunboat, there rest are indeed all in sabres.
Also, about this 'blood dragons don't give out their ships' line...
How come no-one mentioned this when the GC applied to become offical? They've got blood dragon ships, upto and including gunboats, where as the RoS are using (according to the shiplist) the blood dragon bomber and the blood dragon HF.
Oh and while I think of it, the blood dragons dislike the use of cardamine, not the people who use it, besides which they're allied to the GC, who are cadamine users so why wouldn't they be friendly or better with the outcasts? Plus of course the novapg are the only other faction who regularly get corsair fleets into their home system.
EDIT: just noticed, you might want to check which factions in your diplomancy list aren't around anymore and remove em, I'll give you one, the inquisition:)

as for the RoS using bd ships... like i said we ain't got many in fact hardly any. its nothing that can seriously be complained about. atleast not when we have 20 some odd sabres to our 2 out of the ship line ones

Possibly because there is a small but feasible chance that the GC who are allied closely with the Blood Dragons may obtain a few ships due to cross marriages or otherwise.
But the point is trying to be made that the Dragons and Outcasts do not have the same level of trust for each other.
However, that is where the biasness comes in, from my point of view. Some believe, as I do, that the Dragons and Outcasts trust each other and ally out of neccessity (which I believe doesn't exist), whereas some believe this is a perfectly good reason.
EDIT: The fact remains, they are still there.
Like, I am sure if there were Eagles in TBH, then I would recieve complaints. Just a good job Ivan doesn't take his Falcon out for a spin more often *prays it stays that way*

It isn't terribly bad... but that would be like SA using a few Bounty Hunter or Challenger bombers instead of Havocs.

I think you would understand the use of a Rogue GB - due to the lack of an Outcast GB at the moment.
I'm open to suggestions for using other GB's, but the Rogue one seems the most logical and in-RP choice there is just now, to a thick person like me at least :lol:

In all time that we have fought, or interact with RoS i had no trouble with them. They may be enemies that i fight the most, but they behave OK, their ship usage now is under control. Ok list of ships may be a bit long, but in recent fight against them we saw only one BD bombers...rest were good old sabers...
Generally i like RoS, from the way how they are led to the way how they act...

Well, CR is in war with Mollys and Hood offers Mollys bribe and mentions mollys as IMG friends. However they are red in hud. Hessians also dock on IMG base in omega 7, but for any IMG tagged player they are red as ruby due to connection with outcasts. On the other hand, some rumors and news say that IMG are on corsair side in the war against outcasts. So, yes...things are a bit confusing...but we play it by the ear...

No need to ally? When both factions are the only ones to get capship whored in their home system by corsairs? In that case then no-one has any need to ally with anyone else ever, including the IMG+corsairs, IMG+kusari, Bretonia+mollies, etc, etc.
There is a need, the blood dragons are part of the reasons the corsair don't have free reign in the sigmas and especially in kusari. The GMG and the outcasts are the other reasons.
EDIT: @Thor: I wasn't complaining, just saying what I had seen, though I think the lane hacker gunship might be more intaste for an outcast, not a clunky, box-like scrapheap-that-flys like the rogue gunboat, but thats me and going on the oucasts tastes for small, sleek ships unlike the corsairs going for bigger=badder.
