I assume beforehand that people seek a fair battle, so I always try not to overwhelm them. But yeah, like Kanga said, you can be proud when you're being ganked.

I am completely against ganking.
But I take it as a compliment when one needs four caps ranging from Cruiser the BS to kill my lonely Cap4 LSC. Didn't know it was that scary.

Ganking and using tactical advantage to prevent enemy to escape/dock is different things. for example
Your Titan caught in Omega 47 by 3 Hessians (2 Fighters 1 GB) and:
1) you trying to run to base and dock to escape death - they can attack you in all force to not let you to
2) you engaging as true warrior - GB must stand down and maybe one of snubs to let you have fair fight
3) you starting to talk with them so you could RP that they must leave you for now - they can leave you or kill without gank
4) you starting OOC, QQ, Insulting etc... - they can blow you up in full force and with pleasure
as you see gank is not good if its not must be used. alot of players like gank just for fun but this is egoistic and not a ''fair play'' that you must have in mind by Rule 0.0
