UPDATE: upon undocking it turns normally, but if you cruise, and try to turn or drop of cruise, turn speed is slooooooooooooooooooooowed up

dunno how to explain but i bothered to do a video.
from 0:00 to like 1:50 i frapsed the handling of one of my gunboats with mouse flight and keyboard turning.
from 1:50 to the end you will see the dramatic turn speed decrease when i am looking at the planet in the background. (with keyboard turn, mouse turning is performing normally).

If it was a beta go do a full wipe on the database so everyone can start from 0.

The artifact was a drop from a wreck, which respawned only on server restart.
The cell drops from spawning NPCs?
If this is the case, this is a change for the better. Means you can go farm for it and not have to worry about someone camping it. :laugh:
I might be wrong I don't know much about nomad items. Sorreh.

- Corsair guns: Salamanca gets a damage buff but requires more energy. Colada gets an efficiency buff. This should make both these guns more compatible with the heavy powercore on the Titan.
The devs screwd up this time.
This will work on Titan, but even then its a nerf as we cant sustain that fire for as long....
Calculations show that we will use 37% more energy to do the same amount of damage vs a 100k hp+ transport as before.
This update will also render Decurion, Centurion and Gladiator completely useless and force said ships to stop using their own weapons. Decurion and Centurion especially will not be able to handle even 2 of these guns without it overpowering the balance of their cores, which means Corsairs basically was "robbed" for 2 of their ships.
Anyone telling us to use someone elses weapons should shut their trap. A faction should never be unable to properly use their own weapons on their own ships. If anything, revert Salamancas to their old settings, the old stats werent good, but their way better then this...
Thank you devs for finding yet another ingenious way to prevent corsairs from using their own stuff.
