I don't think I will take the money from anyone. Those who don't want to pay can avoid paying easily, and I'm unable to track when this or that battleship was bought exactly. So get your battleship Riparia... and don't worry.

For Battleships considering they have no thruster and have such large engines you would think that normal engine speeds would be more than 80 they should be more like 100-120. I also think the rheinland cruiser has too many gun ports, being only one less then an rhienland battleship, it should have more like 11-12.

Number of gun ports for all ships was not modified. Instead, Rheinland Cruiser turrets are weaker than for other ships that have less turrets.
Battleships have better reverse, that's it, for now I'm not planning to modify actual speed.
