My sister was a heavy smoker for long years. She went to a Ayurveda health resort in Sri Lanka for 4 weeks, where she got weird oil-drinking diets, massages, yoga, and some more mumbo-jumbo "treatment".
She came back 6 kilos lighter, with a rash of red pimples below one armpit, smelling weird, and kidney stones. She said kidney stones are very painful, as she was wimpering miserably while I drove her to hospital.
Haha... ha...

It helped her stop smoking tho. If you don't mind kidney stones, you might wanna give it a shot.
