Noooooo.

If 7 of 10 smokers die, nowhere does that state the remaining 3 are not dead. It simply implies that they are not what the first 7 are; not dead. One can be both not-dead from smoking and mortal, and not-dead from smoking and immortal. This data does not specify the mortality of the individuals, only whether or not they die from smoking.

Edit: Bear in mind that the time required for said monkey to complete that feat is astronomically long... longer than the age of the universe by a very large margin.
