1) Guard NPC's/NPC Dreadnought/Whatever else liberty wants, just at the Om Minor hole in Alaska? That way it doesn't affect SP.
2)Also, perhaps more guarding of Z21 by player factions?

The problem with putting them at the Minor hole is that that's not really the problematic one. The problematic one is people trying to take the New York route.

It seriously pains me to say, but get rid of the Minor hole. It will kill the smugglers and RP wise, make the Nomads have less access to Alaska.

I don't think we should "kill" the Minor JH, we just need to replace it to an other system like as stated earlier; Iota. this way, The Arti run won't be profitable anymore, Starving corsairs won't have some bloody tourists and Order + nomads can still go in Alaska and Liberty.
