And what about put class 5 turrets (Gunboat Turrets) instead of the class 9 & 10 on the Eagle and only on the Eagle ? But higher the price of the ship, sell it at around 80 Million.

After wikiwhoring some more, I must concur: the best way to fix every problem in discovery would be to buff the eagle's turn speed.
