A lot of the people on that list would be good. But really though, some are already moderators so it makes sense the votes would be in their favor since they already have some experience and are associated as being a person in-charge.

... the criteria I voted by was how mature the person in question has interacted with me in the past. An admin needs to be responsible above all else.

What about their activity and attitude toward the server and/or its players? They might be mature, but there's a myriad of reasons why someone might still be a bad choice.
