Also, need info on your stiuation regarding the angels.
And, those who have "CNF" (which means the diplomacy differs between those factions), should agree on a common diplo status with the faction they have the conflict.

Resolving Phantom Relation conficts:
I think the Black Squadron are hostile.
I know we are hostile to SF (Although, because they are trying to get back on thier feet, we'll leave them alone for the most part... For now)
I'm still waiting for one of the 8492 leaders to tell us what they think; Neutral, hostile, unfriendly, or other.

Different diplomacy between factions is allowed with the exeption of Allied, War or opposed status.
For example, Phantoms can be unfriendly to AW, and AW can be neutral to phantoms, but not at War / allied / friendly
For a war / alliance, 2 or more sides must agree on situation, there cant be an alliance of 1 member. Same for war. For the Unfriendly / friendly, well, quite obvious. There cant be a faction which id friendly to another faction which is unfriendly.
A faction can be neutral to another faction that is friendly. Or neutral <-> unfriendly.
