Moving it to the States (or anywhere not in Europe) should be considered. Put everyone on a level playing field. As you can see from my sig, I'm trying to take a humorous stance on this topic. But, it really makes a difference. I know most players are Europe based, but it hard for anyone else to be competitive if you cursed with living far away from the servers. I strongly suggest it be moved to the states, but then again knowing my luck my ping would get even worse
(sorry euros but it sucks having one of the worst pings on the server) At any rate, a bad ping wont make me quit. I still like this game/community.

europe / germany is a centralized location in the world If you locate it in the states then the time zone russia / mid asia is going to be effected with bad lag. Moving it to russia (depending on where) will effect the states with a bad ping. The current location only makes NZ and Australia lag badly. Which effects an area of the earth where not many people live. Granted it also matters if your connection is ass or not.
I would explain on what NZ / Australia should do but there is a man that can do it better then I
