I was contacted in the office at the time of your jump yesterday and I believe the situation was remedied without too much undue concern. Part of the problem was an administrative problem on our end, with Guildmaster Katsuo's renewal of your licence not being recorded in our lists. This has since been remedied, and your own payment has been refunded.
To clarify the procedure involved, your jumpgroup should be arriving within the vicinity of the Suffolk battlegroup, not Southampton itself. If a Bretonian officer is not available to receive the jumpgroup, the jumpship should stay within proximity of the Suffolk and a report of the jump made in this channel.
With an officer's permission, the Hackera may also escort the fuel transports; if they are not available I suggest you bring some smaller escorts with you.
Stay within these guidelines or, if that is too complicated, the conventional way of transportation also works.

Your ship the 'Magic.Carpet' has been spotted jumping into Bretonian space on two occasions without a license. As such you have an outstanding fine of 30,000,000 credits (2 counts of illegal jump trading, 2 counts of illegally bringing a non-Bretonian Captial ship into Bretonia).
This amount should be included along with your license fee along with the 'tag' IFFs of the groups you're transporting and any other transport ship names. Once the conditions are meet your license will be approved.

Hello Marcus Wright, I thankyou very much for your reply to our request for a Jump License. I have updated the original application with the details of the intended primary users of our Jump Service including a list of their tags.
It is most unfortunate that our Flag Jumpship has been fined on two occasions it seems the crew of the Magic Carpet during those two occasions were misdirected as to where they could jump and greed was their driving denominator leading to said illegal jumps resulting in the fines. Such crew have since been fired and replaced with more law-abiding zoner ship crews from the Pennsylvania System.
Thus I will confirm we are ready to pay the first Quarterly installment of the Jump License Fee plus the $30 Million credit fine summing to a fee of $280 Million credits.
If this is correct and all our paperwork is in order then please forward me the name of Her Majesty's recipient that the credits should be wired to.
With confirmation of payment we will then require notice that our license has been granted.

Your ship list has been approved, the only matter to be resolved is your points of entry. Planet Harris is not open as a valid jump exit point, I suggest you redirect to either the Leeds or Dundee locations referred to in the License.
Once you've picked suitable locations then you can send the fee and fine to the BPA)Anvil and your license will be approved.
