GRN vs BAF,KNF,CR - Saturday Jan 8 2011 2000 GMT - Dieter Schprokets - 11-23-2008

I'd like to continue to do this slot this way.

In other words, an RP'd event each time.

And furthermore, add another concept:

Real Consequences for Defeat, event specific, and negotiated.

The consequences for defeat should be minor and temporary.

For instance, lets say that the next event we bring capital ships.

We could say that any capital ships destroyed at that event cannot be flown for a week.

And, to sweeten the pot, the winning side could get 20 million from the losers for each Dessie blown up, and 10 million for each gunboat.

The money part is not as serious a suggestion, just an idea.

Whaddaya think?

That's a good idea, some of us are already doing that in similar ways.
The Kurashiki has been destroyed in the event where you made the video trailer and is being reconstructed at Yukawa, I plan to roleplay it on forums and never launched the Kurashiki since that event (cept for some ordinance reconfiguration in Hiroshima, no player interactions happened).

The Chikuma has been destroyed and her captain now fly another destroyer.

Capitals destroyed in the previous event should not be brought at the next one.
Regarding money I would leave them out.

Slot n.15 is still available, we could make it a KNFvsBAF again on a different time window.

Slot # 15 is difficult for me, and likely most North and South Americans.

The time is about 1800 EST. Hard to be home from work...

Stupid Atlantic Ocean.

Can it be later, like 2400? Then of course, that messes up the Europeans..

Maybe we could at least drop this slot back to 2300 GMT?

I like the Idea of not being able to fly a destroyed battleship until the next event.

Bump

Tomorrow

Do a special event in Bretonia? Leeds?

An assault into Leeds perhaps?

Consequence : Tau 31 "ownership" for winner for a week?

Surprisingly, I may be able to attend this one.

I may or may not be able to attend this one. I will know later tonight.

Tonight

Consequence : Tau 31 "ownership" for winner for a week? (Meaning unmolested access, not truely ownership)

Suggest a mixed KNF fleet including caps jumps into Leeds, and immediately penetrates to Stokes, where the NPCs are a little less nasty.

Caps are balanced and only caps engage caps at first, until the capital ship battle outcome is self evident, then its a free for all.

If that is a reasonable plan, then KNF guys should drive their caps to Tau 31.
