OOC: QV good man sticking up for RP there, and you all know that if you need some fire support of any kind you can call HF. I am gonna issue a general order to HF detailing they are to help allied units against ANY enemy they need help with regardless of diplomatic status unless there are special circumstances in place. ie GoR we promised them support and they Outcasts. ie Phantoms and we won't attack KNF (PM for more info if you want it). But any other lawfuls let us know, I am tired of playing mister nice guy.
