Reiterating:
Do a special event in Bretonia? Leeds?
An assault into Leeds perhaps?
Consequence : Tau 31 "ownership" for winner for a week? (Meaning unmolested access, not truely ownership)
Suggest a mixed KNF fleet including caps jumps into Leeds, and immediately penetrates to Stokes, where the NPCs are a little less nasty.
Caps are balanced and only caps engage caps at first, until the capital ship battle outcome is self evident, then its a free for all.
If that is a reasonable plan, then KNF guys should drive their caps to Tau 31.
Guess it would be good to know if KNF caps are available

Interestingly, they might be cut off from Bretonia, since they stage out of Tau 23.
