Allow me to first express this Ministry’s deep appreciation for your initiative and your unshakable belief in the resilience of Bretonia’s industrial heritage. The Glasgow Outpost was indeed a keystone in our nation’s trade infrastructure — a symbol of cooperation, prosperity, and defiance — which served proudly under Bowex for generations. Its destruction during the dark chapters of the Gallic invasion was not just a logistical loss, but a wound upon the soul of our people.

With that same spirit, we hereby formally approve the reestablishment and reconstruction of the Glasgow Outpost, under the administration of Bretonian Mining Corporation, to serve as a central logistics and industrial hub in the Leeds system.

My name is Charles Kinsale, I am the Director of Properties and Acquisitions within the Bamburgh Company. I am writing to you today to apply for permission to start construction on a new station set within the Newcastle system.

For a while now growth at the Bamburgh Company has been outpacing any requisitions we make. As of now, our liners cannot be assured a clear berth at Kensington, this interferes with passenger scheduling, supply stocking, you name it. Not to mention our General Cargo Service vessels that also need to use the same berths. The situation as it currently stands, is unsustainable.

The direction that the Bamburgh Company, and our host, Gateway Shipping, are simply down opposite paths. As such, with permission from our leadership, it has been decided that a new company headquarters shall be built to house our current fleet, and be able to handle our further expansion in the future.

Our proposed location within Newcastle is Echo Five, off of the main trade lane junction. This location was chosen due to the proximity of access to both Liberty and Kusari, two of our foremost trade partners. It is also a relatively quiet area within our borders, added traffic will not interfere with other firms in the immediate area.

The station, when completed, will have facilities to house local lawful patrols if they so choose, a change to initial plans. We will also have our own security onboard and surrounding the station which will be able to assist lawful patrols if needed. Any lawfuls in the system will be able to take advantage of our superb engineers and hangar provisions.

My name is Alistair Thorne, loyal servant of Bretonia and Her Majesty and CEO of Thorne Industrial Group. I am contacting you today not only out of concerns but also with an opportunity.

As a man of business i know the strength and resilience of Bretonias industry is one of the main strategic advantages of our Kingdom. While Bretonia has with BMM one of the largest industrial organisations within Sirius, i am afraid that the sheer scale of our own and public demands pushed our capacities to a critical point.
Currently the majority production of our heavy industry products are diverted to barely fit our own needs. That has left secondary markes starving. I, Alistair Thorne, want to commit myself to this problem. Hereby i want to formally request the permission for the Thorne Industrial Group to construct a flagship industrial complex: the Resolution Heavy Works.

I am fully aware that the administrative work of the Kingdom is a challenge on its own. However, the industrial problems I mentioned in my previous message have not resolved themselves within this time and the demand for heavy industrial output continues.

The Thorne Industrial Group has kept substantial assets and personnel on standby in New London to ensure an immediate start to construction. Our workers are getting nervous in the meantime and are already looking for other opportunities.
