If I might offer a different - and hopefully objective - perspective here:
You were playing as a smuggler. Your character did not want to lose his cargo. He started trying to delay by chattering away.
The other person was playing as a Colonial soldier, tasked with stopping smugglers. His character wanted your character to jettison his ship's cargo. His character did not want your character to delay and delay - and, if things were to go as they sometimes do, call in Outcast ships to support him. His character therefore called in support to get rid of your character quickly, just in case, since your character was unwilling to just dump his cargo, and was instead delaying.
Is that what happened?

Your statements are incorrect and insulting.
Yes i am Everlyn Lynx, the pilot whom you are complaining about.
To make a summary; I caught you at the Tau 37 Jh in Tau 23, i CD'd you and after just some seconds you halted your ship. The roleplay that followed as straight forward, nothing unusual. I order you to drop the cardamine. You keep saying "why?" (just shortening your answers down). after repeating myself you still go on blabbering about something i still dont see any logic in. I tell you to drop the drugs immediatly or ill bore a hole in your head. Now, i consider that a straight forward, foolproof order witch is NOT so hard to understand.
Your "reply"... delaying 2 seconds, running to tau 37, where i respond accordingly to normal law-enforcing. I order your vessels destruction. After about 3 minutes, after the jump, we destroyed your vessel.
The last transmission we recieved from you was "get the hell out of here lolwutters". Or something along those lines. Your words and behaviour was just disgusting and well below the worst of RP i see in the taus.
If you still want to go on trying to smear dirt on the name of the colonials, then bring some evidence for our leaders.

I was just trying to have a chat and bargin with you and you call for backup from everyone in the area?
For one ship you can obviously take yourself? Just saying.
And i would of been perfectly fine dropping it if you said a bit more than "Drop the cargo or i drill a hole in your head." Jeeze that just pissed me off.
I encounterd one of you the other day, and we argued for a good 15 minutes, until finally i saw his point and dropped the cargo.
Finally,
Not that theres anything wrong with it, but why are you guys always camping the Tau 37 Jump hole? I know its the best place to wait, but i still thing that gets a little boring and predictable. It doesnt give the smuggies a chance and is probably going to drive them away at opne point killing a possible RP chance. Just some advice.

We dont "camp" it, but if we dont have enough ships to patrol different areas this jumphole is the best possibility to catch a smuggler.
The problem with the most smugglers is that they start to run away after some words, a single VHF is in most chases not able to stop a smuggler running to Cali, so calling backup is a good decision. Think of a real life Military, if he sees he doesnt have a real possibility he will most likely call for backup.
And as Prysin said, give us something to work with, a name is a good start, but screenshots or logs to back your statements up could help a lot.

I think he was trying to rush a confrontation with a little RP as possible so i ran,
I knew he was calling backup while i wasnt so i ran,
I was outnumbered and outgunned by combat vehicles so i ran,
There was even one colonial waiting in Tau 37 i didnt complain about that because i didnt know if you guys were really suppost to be there though.

And you still don't know what you did wrong there?
In short, you freaked out and ran without really trying to initiate RP? And even if you did think that Lynx just wanted a quick kill, you could at least consider the possibility that one of the back-up was not? And would *gasp* even consider RPing with you? I'd take a long, hard look at my own RP before bashing anyone else's if I were you...
And we're well within our rights to be in tau-37. There's an IMG base there last I checked.
