The Helghast court can see that he was 'requesting' this change of allignment. His goal was simply defending his friend in your organisation. HOWEVER, the IND ship had of course attacked your own ship. This shows us something. WHY did they attack you ship. Did they not want your man to assist ours? If that is the case, the even I would suggest moving them to hostile.

OOC: Yeah QV I am sick and tired of Supernova posting in my dump because he is really just RP spamming. So can you keep low or non Admiral people from posting in my dump. It doesn't make sense for gun commanders to bother me anyways or whatever his rank is. So yeah thank you in advance.
His response was in full character. There was nothing wrong with what he had done. The Helghast court now fully acknowledges the futility of this and the verdict is as such:
The Saction against lower ranking Helghast will remain in palce, but next time the Hellfire Legion decide to accuse our members of such, they need real evidence.
