this is the result of my first patrol as Detektiv. Next to the patrol documentation, I've got access to a Condor class vessel of the Polizei.

Guten Tag, polizeidirektorin Carsten hier. I finally found time to execute one emergency take off and regular patrol to keep my flying skills ready. And woo hoo, it was just like in old days, catching one smuggler after another.
First there was emergency take off to help detektiv Kruppstahl with some Hessians spotted in Dresden, but they disappeared in clouds. But in New Berlin system, we met near Bonn quite strange Bundschuh agent with several escape pods in his cargo hold including some civilians and polizei officers. Because he wasn´t aggresive and just try to execute some propaganda talk about new kanzlerin, I decided to not put lives of those pilots in danger by destroying the ship and started negotiations. In the end he released them, I tractored them and handed them over to crew aboard Bonn while Bundschuh ship disappeared in asteroid field. See hier...

Now to smugglers caught on my patrols. First two caught my attention through TLAGSNET when they entered Frankfurt system from Sigma-13 and according to the lane scan their cargo hold was full of sorted artifacts. Suddenly they disappeared from lanes in the middle of the system what indicated they decided to sneak by flying in open space and using jump hole. But it didn´t work.
I caught first one named AlxGRO - Stork with Orbital Spa and Cruise papers - near Dortmund. He cooperated, dropped contraband which I subsequently destroyed and paid the fine. Less than minute after that, second one named Miros - this time Titanic with same papers like the first one - arrived to the place and stayed near Dortmund so I rather removed his docking rights. After that, he cooperated, dropped his cargo which I again destroyed and paid his fine.
But this wasn´t all. Later I was checking traffic at planet New Berlin when Sunburst freighter named Mc.Lane docked on The Ring and few minutes later undocked loaded with black market munitions. He sounded surprised that this cargo is illegal but then obeyed my orders.
My first patrol was then finished by encounter with zoner whale with miner papers what was quite weird and against regulations. I informed the captain but he ignored me and continued on his way so I later informed Autonomous Department of Management and Interstellar Navigation about him.
I´m uploading now file with evidence about mentioned law violations and also confirmation of transfer of money from fines to arsenal...

Guten Tag, polizeidirektorin Carsten hier with report from another patrol. I took off from planet New Berlin and met in space in front of it military gunboat from secondary fleet which joined me on my patrol. And shortly after, first possible smuggler ship named Miros showed up on TLAGSNET, entering Frankfurt with sorted artifacts. Ja, the one from my last report again! So we came after it but smuggler was sneaky and went out of lanes so we lost him. Because all of these sorted artifacts head to Baden Baden these days, we moved to wait for him there. And our patrol group enlarged there because wachmann from secondary unit named Alexander Steinmeyer joined it.
We were searching for Miros, but instead of him, I saw in lanes another smuggler approaching Stuttgart system with same contraband! So we moved to New Berlin gate and waited there. And this smuggler in Titanic with Orbital Spa and Cruise papers named Zimo wasn´t so clever so we caught him after he jumped in. But he refused to cooperate or even stop, so we had no other choice than to open fire and destroy the ship. Even attempt do engage cloaking device didn´t save the smuggler.
After this kadett Leopold joined the patrol and we divided into two patrols - others went to New Berlin and later Hamburg system while I went to check Omega-7 where group of IMG miners were working, and then I continued to Koeln system.
And just when I was there, kadett Leopold reported that he spotted Corsair ship flying through open space in Hamburg system, heading towards Koeln jump hole. I went there to cut off the intruder and successfully managed to do so. But main credit goes to kadett which spotted the ship which was trying to sneak through Rheinland territory without using lanes. Anyway, it turned out that the ship is Essedarius class Corsair train, which I actually saw for first time, and it was trying to smuggle premium scrap to their shipyards, as captain admitted. He also said the scrap is from base named Beaumont Spire in Texas system. Anyway, captain decided to surrender, so we escorted the ship back to Hamburg system where the crew surrendered to Vierlande guard under supervision of kadett. He really made excellent work there.

The first news concerns mentioned activity awards. Notice, bitte, that rules for their issuing were slightly changed, and also from now on they will be issued only for activity in a single month. You can find details in your updated handbooks.
The second news - our stock of finest coffee was replenished thanks to polizeidirektorin Carsten which found trader willing to smuggle it from Lib...erm, to deliver it. If you need to be issued with your ration of it, contact the provision officer on polizei spaceport on planet New Berlin.
Now to the issued activity awards which were given out according to old rules. Polizeidirektor Daniel Artura and detektiv Wolfram Kruppstahl earned Very Active Polizist Award, kommissar Hrafn Olavsson got Active Polizist Award and the last one awarded is kadett Albert Leopold which was able to gain Untiring Polizist Award by his hard work.
Speaking of kadett Leopold, I think it is obvious from my previous words that this promising new member of RFP| deserves a promotion. Especially when thanks to him and his vigilant eyes a polizei patrol was able to catch Corsair train loaded with scrap for their shipyards, which was trying to sneak through Rheinland, and force the crew to surrender to Vierlande guards. Congratulation, wachmann Leopold! Continue your hard work!

Guten tag meine Damen und Herren
Yesterday and Today there seems to be an issue with the IFF system as I have within a short space of time come across two separate incidents.
The first was a Gallic Royal Police AI named ‘Zeferon’ immediately I tried to contact it however it's only response was “I russan” now I am not sure what “I russan” means. The only connection I could find by searching the New Ludwig-Maximilians-University Planet Nuremberg Munich was a reference to the Russian nationality of old Earth.
However I contacted Polizeidirektorin Laura Carsten who was in the New Berlin System at the time for guidance as I unsure of what to do with it, now seeing as it posed little threat bar what seems to be a faulty fire control mechanism. I was ordered to leave it be and it swiftly left Rheinland after I advised it to head back to Gallia where it was better suited.

Afterwards as I was in orbit of Planet Stuttgart a ship by the name of Bob_Reb as I commenced a standard customs check, I found that he was broadcasting a Bretonian Armed Forces IFF, after I engaged in lengthy discussion with him I offered three options to him as he had at that time. The first was to land on Stuttgart and fix it to something more appropriate with adequate security waiting on Planet Stuttgart to ensure Planetary safety, the second option was to leave Rheinland and not enter unless he has permission from the Government or to fix it in Bretonia and I ensure that he left as swiftly as possible. Unsurprisingly he opted for the third option but he seemed stubborn and set in his ways. So I wouldn't be surprised if Mr Reb returned with the same IFF.

even if the following evidence has been taken in my private vessel, I think it can be considered as relevant since it seems to be a serious threat.
On my way through Frankfurt, I encountered a vessel of the Gallic Royal Navy - in Rheinland space!
Every attempt to get in touch with the pilot failed, I didn't get an answer. Now uploading the evidence.

After some days of illness in which I was unable to work, I got on patrol and met the Buro Rekrutin Pinda Lecuona. Together we've started a regular patrol in the south of Rheinland. During this time nothing worth mentioning happened. Lateron we arrived back in New Berlin and caught the vessel called "MiMiMi" transporting artifacts. We managed to stop aforementioned vessel and after several attempts to dock and escape we forced the pilot to drop the cargo. The smuggler dropped and destroyed the artifacts in space by himself. Even if we weren't the ones destroying it safely, the pilot managed to do so as well. After that we forced the pilot to pay the outstanding fine of 4.000.000 Sirius Credits. The pilot refused to cooperate and ended up shooting at both the BDM agent and me. While him being dodging and shooting, we took down the smuggler's shield and lateron the hull. During the fight, the captain of the vessel RNC Hamburg Altona forced me to stop shooting the smuggler. He told me that I wasn't allowed to demand money and I wouldn't be aware of Rheinland's laws. Today I encounter one smuggler by the name of “Bormosius”. After I commenced a routine customs check. I found that he was carrying sorted artifacts after communicating with him he then tried to bribe me with the princely sum of 20 Million Credits to let him pass, I, of course, declined and upon the decline he got more agitated and began firing, unfortunately, one of the shots breached the armour and caused the coolant to leak. However, I was safely picked up by a nearby Daumann Shuttle and arrived safely on Brandenburg Border.
To conclude this report, I enclose the gun cameras and the flight recorder.
