My name is Jim Joseph Mournier, I'm Recruit paramilitary. Today I Meet two OC Destroyers near Java station. Though they didn't came to Fight they entered the Java station perimeter i Halted them and Inquired them about there presence in Tau 23 and that to near java station they said they were on their way to cali base. Their Cargo showed that they had two IMG pilots. I demanded them, they obliged and they went to cali base and didn't show up.I returned to my duty and also requested the CR to clear from java station.

This is Alan Markson, Paramilitary recruit pilot. Few days ago there was an Outcast raiding party scourging Java space. Defense wings launched to defend the base and route the Outcasts away. After several minutes of combat the Outcasts brought in a destroyer and a gunboat to assist them and fortunately a Colonial cruiser also appeared to aid us. The battle resulted in few casualties for the IMG but annihilation of the Outcast force.

Our folks mined some stuff in Tau-23 fields. After the convoy got full, we proceeded to New Berlin. It was my first escort flight, for all I did in the past was shooting Outcasts and alike.
We successfully dropped ore at New Berlin, then picked Basic Alloys and went for Falster. After we were done with alloys, the convoy picked some food/oxygen from Freistadt and dropped it all on Faslter as well.
There were no exigencies along our route, except back in Tau-23 when a hostile Freelancer appeared just as he disappeared.

Day 1: Protected a mining operation, with further escorting of Transports to New Berlin. Everything went as smooth as it could get.
The convoy supplied Falster with Basic Alloys afterwards.
Day 2: Went to Omega-3 to show Corsairs some proper handling. Which I did manage to, actually.

So... ehm... how to say this. Best is fast.
Yesterday was my last day in the IMG Tau Defense Force. I retire from active duty early.
The reasons are easy: Clarence Rowe and me are relocating to Gran Canaria. We bought a little house well hidden at a lake and it's beautiful and peaceful, and so much different from the violent reality of the Taus. We plan to marry and found our family there. I want our baby to grow up in another environment than the Taus.
Risking our own lives every day out in space is no suitable basis for taking the steps that we already started and this means good bye to the Taus and, sadly, also you. The Guild and especially the Taus will always remain a part of me. I am getting melodramatic... so I'd better stop this.
I'll invite you to our house warming party.
Good luck, stay sharp, don't get yourself killed. Perhaps we will return someday. We'll see.

P.S: Ah and... I already sneaked a look into the replacement lists. A certain Laura Huntington will fill my space in the roster. She seems... a bit aggressive, but she's your problem now, not mine any more. Good luck!
