Im not advising Caps be sent to hunt down smugglers in asteroid fields, just saying its nonsensical to expect them to ignore smugglers they see on patrol because; "its police work".

I don't know about your RP theory Spazzy but this thread has certainly proved that people in our community will argue about anything irrelevant given the chance.
