My name is Augustine Midas. I am the communications officer aboard the Z.N.S. Templar, a Nephilim-class mobile shipyard retrofitted with factories that produce components for light spacecraft as well as houses equipment used to repair larger vessels, stationed mainly in Omega-49. Below you will find attached a completed form required to apply for a visa into New Moscow, as we were suggested to fill out by the commander of the CPW-Trotsky during a trip from Minsk to Omega-49 a few months ago.

With the close proximity to New Moscow and Mykolaiv, light repairs and resupplying can be done much faster than if we were to travel to Livadia Shipyard and all the resources we require to continue production are available in New Moscow which will make production much more efficient. Having this high tier clearance will also mean we will be able to move anything, particularly very large pieces of hull and/or ships the People's Republic asks for to wherever it is needed. Additionally, the extra trade opportunities in the green and yellow clearance areas mean we will be able to work for longer periods without having to leave enough supplies to complete the journey from Omega-49 to Omicron Kappa.

We are aware of the tight security around the shipyard and are only requesting clearance to it now so that we can quickly contact you in the future should we need to use the facilities to repair something on the Templar. The trade an resupply can be done on the less strict stations. However, with the permission of the Republic we would have resupplied on Mykolaiv if the Templar was to ever dock with the shipyard, which would only rarely occur.

The Templar is capable of remaining self-sufficient in space for a long time without the need to dock to any stations, however the production process will have to be shut down to lengthen this period. Thus we would only rarely and in emergency situations request for space on Mykolaiv, instead we would frequent the green and yellow bases and space most of the time.

Additionally, we travel through the Taus often and we can bring various spices, exotic foods, alcohols, ores and other exotic materials to the Republic. The Templar also will not use any of the Republic's food or water resources as the two bio-synthesis domes are used for both food production and water purification. Production can also be halted before entry to avoid any potentially dangerous situations within New Moscow.
