I'd agree for the Angels to stop placing shait effects on their ships and instead be given a tempban command. Have them actually do something, instead of logging their ships and sitting in front of newark for 30 min in order to have LNS drool over them.

i think that we should get cap8s on our discoversaries for having a whole year unsanctioned. My discoversary is up in april, please drop the 6 cap8's onto 'Mudslinger', thx

I believe that the first course of action should be to educate the offender. Some people honestly don't know they are doing in anything wrong. In that case you should explain in PM's what they did that was wrong and give them the link to the forums and where the rules can be found. If this doesn't work I usually check to see if there is an admin in game and send them a quick message which usually ends up getting the issue resolved. The LAST resort should be to file a report because honestly the admins hardly have time to play the game themselves. If some one is cheating and you are certain about it then obviously don't even bother trying to explain anything to them and just contact an admin.
All of this is of course subjective and just my opinion.

If it is really our "duty" to report people, then the 1 report per day rule needs to be changed or removed. Often times, I see more than one rule violation per day.
EDIT: Usually, it's "not my problem". Let the others sort it out.

well reporting yes everytime. sanctions yes but only if its realy realy necessary i mean everyone can make mistakes but if someone dont wahna undo it or change, hit him with the full wrath of the admin team.
*edit* if someone is out of his/her factions region of influance dosn´t mean he/her break a rule you know they only cant police/pirat there ^^
