Greetings to everyone, dear colleagues. I am Buntaro Hagashima, Kobayashi-sama's second-in-command onboard the Seiun.Maru transport vessel. This will be a rather short report.

I am to report today's activity, consisting of the haulage of 11'865 units of High Performance Alloys to their newfound outpost in the Sigma system cluster by the Seiun Maru. There have been no noticeable encounters while on the move. Unfortunately, the guncam seemed to be inactive during the dropoffs, however I managed to catch some images from one of our voyages:

Konbanwa Ladies and Gentlemen, I apologize for never introducing myself in the two years I have been a part of the Association. But I am Kiyoshi Akira... And I'm glad to meet you. Now, onto business.

First off, after the success that was the Dragon Noir, I decieded to purchase a Hayabusa racer for the next time we meet them and take their credits *he moves away from the mic as he chuckles* As well as a Raba Transport to help supply Iyo and make runs into Omicron Gamma.
And New Tokyo came under assault from this "Cult of Technology" they sent what seemed to be a CTE series gunship, however the armaments could put cruisers to shame and it seemed to have a grudge against me, after a long battle we were victorious. Now to my requests...

I ask for two things. One being to get back in contact with the Unione Corse about holding another event, perhaps a race at Suzuka?
And for my second request is rather selfish but... I wish to obtain a Claymore class Gunship from the Gaians, as good a tool of intimidation as the missiles on Raba are. I lack the ability to pursue and capture enemy ships without a Disrupter. And I know we have good relations with the guard. As evident by their participation in the tournament, if you do decide to contact them over this, please give them my regards.

As requested by the Oyabun Council, I was tasked with making contact with the Gallic Brigands as a means of establishing a fruitous and durable business deal. While the leader of the Brigands, Rousseau-dono, wasn't present - his right hand was, Zero-dono. The talks have been long, and at a certain point they seemed to look like a thin glass pane near to be shattered. Luckily for us, if didn't shatter.

As a result of the talks with the Brigands, the deal - albeit temporary - is as following:

The Hogosha Association will be importing black market arms and munitions to the Brigands, while the latter will be exporting their own product - Nox - in Kusari.

Do not fret yet, Associates and Oyabuns. The destinations haven't been still decided. I was told by Zero-dono that I will be contacted once the Brigands are ready to deliver. In that time, we will state the destinations.

Osu, Seiyou here. I'm here to report about that matter that Mr. Hebishima told us to take care of.

I was on the Kyushu system on standby, as there was word that our guys were to find and intercept some smugglers that were to bring trouble around our turf. Enforcing tasks are not common, but fortunately I had good company for this one, one Hayate from another group, riding some Emerald Viper.

We sat around waiting for a while, as we awaited new instructions. Soon a message came in as for the movement of the smuggler group. We moved to the Tau-29, but received information that they would rather fly into our space in Kyushu instead, so we combed the Ohka field for them.
Soon enough the Emerald.Viper stumbled upon them, and we quickly had them pinned in place.

An odd bunch was what e caught, one ship of foreign design was being commanded by Lane Hackers, the other one was a civilian transport operating by some weird unaligned group, called Nation Octavarium. The guy from this Natio was called Oda, and started publicizing his "wonder drugs" as something that was better than cardamine. Obviously, what both ships were smuggling was cardamine, no doubt about it.
He said some weird things, like he was a Cryer guy promoting Stabiline, but instead with cardamine, and that they did their own stuff on whatever hellhole the Outcasts bred from. Isn't that... terribly weird? He didn't looked like a regular sniffer, and I doubt that Outcasts would let just some guy do some side trading of their own prize without taking credit or a cut. Shady stuff. Definitely worriesome if suddenly simpleton civilians can go around producing this cardamine stuff and sell it without any apparent outcast connections.

The Hacker was a bit passive, apparently not cautious enough to tell his companion that flaunting dust in Kusari in our face is a death flag. Fortunately for them we had no interest in spilling their guts or their cargo in Kusari space, so we shooed them back to their wildlands after an apology packaged was sent our way.

After that, we went to check the traffic in New Tokyo, but my butt was freezing in the ship, and I thought it was time to go home and hit some izakaya before resting. Hayate-san was not too interested in either the bars, or the fact that the hackers were the better part of the whole mess of the competition we have in the underground.

I, Gaio Jháng, president of the Hoshizora travel company, would like to inform you that our Renzu luxury liner "The Rising Sun" is in business again.

Our new schedule:

We start at our base, the Golden Dragon Casino in Shikoku. Our next stops:
- Planet Baden-Baden in Stuttgart
- Planet Junyo in Shukoku
- the Golden Dragon Casino

Unfortunately our new route is much smaller than the original route when we started. But our scouts are doing everything to find new routes and places that we can visit. Negotiations with various parties are in such a phase that we are confident that it won't take long to announce that we are full in business again.

Stops on the main planets in the various systems we cross are included. Smaller planets and bases can be visited as well on request but to a limited number.


Again I also would like to take the chance to inform you that the Hoshira travel company not only transports passengers but we have also ships at our disposal that can transport fluids, metals, gasses, dangerous materials etc., etc. You name it and we transport it. Members of our mighty organisation get a large discount of course.

I, Gaio Jháng, president of the Hoshizora travel company, want to inform you that business for us is booming. Looking for new routes we also found new trading opportunities. But calculations showed us one problem: we need more storage. And a storage that is ours and in space. A storage in space means that we don't have to crawl into a gravity pit and crawl out it again anymore, saving the company a lot of fuel and time.

We want to station the base near planet Junyo, just on the opposite of the lane. The base will only be accessible for members of Hogosha and Kusari police. The police must have access so they can inspect the base if they want to.

1) I am proud to announce that we have a second Renzu liner in bussines, flew by my son: The Cosmic Moonrise.

2) As stated the last time, we wanted to build a base near planet Junyo and so we did. Unfortunately the base was gone already the next day. All enquiries lead to no result. We haven't even the faintest idea if it was due to an hostile action or due to a flaw in the base. But in the mean time we got a polite letter from the direction of the Golden Dragon Casino mentioning that they were not quite happy with our choice of location. Some befriended transporters also advised another place and all parties agreed to a location opposite of planet Kyushu.

The base has been build but for the moment it is inaccessible for at least two weeks for two reasons:
- all the storage is needed for building up the inside of the base.
- My family and staff will enjoy a nice vacation so there will be nobody present to help you.

Greetings to all that read this, be it those of the Hogosha Association, Hogosha Alliance, Lane Hacker that intercepted this message somehow or even mere wanderers.


Greetings to you all, Teo Jhang of the Hoshizora Travel Company, signing in with good news.


I write this message to events regarding the state of the Association. As it, the Association has been been declared disbanded for a time now. The great family of ours separated for various reason. Some have left, some have died, some simply have gone missing. The Association could be considered a relic of the past. Even then, remnants live on as embers of the once great bonfire of hope and prosperity. Such one as myself and my father Gaio Jhang, But others too have I seen flying about at times. Lady Yukari Yakumo of the Silver Eyed Dragons, and Sir Kujira Maru, another affiliate of the Takabune Conglomerate like me and my father. These pilots have seen fly still fly at times still doing justice of our once great. Embers in the air, like fireflies in a forest.

However...

One month after the rising up of the Hogosha Alliance, it seem that perhaps their light might have drawn in a person who desires to join the Hogosha. A man named Soyro. He had a humble question, and I gave him an answer. I had little expectations for this man (though not in a negative sense), and expected him to soon enough try and join the Hogosha Alliance. I even suggest it to him considering I wanted to give the new blood a chance. I also gave the option of Association to give him the choice out of respect for the old family, but I did not think much of it at the time. But against all expectations... just like the story of my father...


From the spark it came of another, an ember came to be. The ember landed on its pire of charcoal, and a grand bonfire brought new light.


Over span of one month and a week, at first by coincidence, I actually met up with Soryo, and decided to talk with him.

The man named Soryo, seemed like I suspect rather new, but showed genuine interest and ambition. He even put up a request to see who could help him intergrate into the Hogosha. He may not have fully understand the current political and activity standings of the Association and the Alliance, but he seemed like a fine sort that could molded into something great with enough care and guidance. And we met up a second time, a day later the anticipated, but we met up nonetheless.

Soryo, said it himself now. He wanted to join Association. Not the new Alliance he first went to request help. It appeared now to me clear as day, that my ember, has sparked a fire within a pile of charcoal and lit up a new pyre. A potential flame that could spread, spread and light Sirius with a new glowing brightness of new Association members. There was potential, there was hope, was a future after all despite the disbandment. And I wanted to nurture that flame and see it grow into it's fullest potential. I gave him all of the information I could to help him along.

I gave him all the information I could give to him. And eventually, he did it, he actually send in an application. It was a bit lacking at first and gave him some tips how to spruce it up a bit, did so and is now the application you see in the link mentioned. My joy was truly at a hight! And I wanted to make sure that his application might accepted, so I made sure to send a PM to The Fisherman (WPeregrine who holds the The Hogosha Association nickname) to try and make sure Soryo's application atleast will be looked at and judged...

But sadly, a reply never came. Since these are PM's of the highest encrypted classification directed at my boss, I will not put this messange here.
This meant, that I had to take matters into my own hands. I wanted to see the Association make a phoenix rebirth. And I was going to make sure it was going to happen. I informed Soryo of the situation in another PM and told him what I could do for him and what to expect.

I will have to say and admit right now, I did not realise that the official [HA]-| had been removed from Kabukicho Depot. So sadly to my own dissapointment, any future new members will sadly not have the privilege of the official ID. I also made it clear that I will and cannot give him the password for the [HA]-| tag, for obvious reasons already mentioned in the encrypted message.

But eventually, after a long while and some futher PM encrypted messages, did the moment arrive. The big moment. I decided that Soryo was worthy to wear the [HA]-| tag. I may not be the official representative of the Association, but atleast I can try and keep the pyre burning and initiate him into the Association. For this final meeting, I also had my father, Gaio Jhang, present at the scene as a witness to Soryo's initiation and ceremony into the Association.

I know that I am not an high official certified patriach of any sub faction, I am not even the Patriach of my own family, but that doesn't mean I can't atleast try to do whatever it takes to keep the one faction I AM TRULY LOYAL TO, TO THE VERY END AND BEYOND, to do whatever it takes to make the the great family, the Hogosha Association great again. If any patriach of any of the sub-factions, or even the very head of the Association himself is dissapointed in me for stepping out of line, then I understand. I will take responcibility for my actions, and I will bring own little finger on a silver platter if I have to. But I only did what I did for the sake of the Association. I hope that you all understand why I did what I did, and I only request to be judged fairly for my actions. If I am to expelled, or even banished, so be it then. If it I am to be judged righteously, then I can only sigh in relief and thank you all.

I hope this message did not bore anyone, reading this all the way through, but I thank you nonetheless for your time and attention.
I hope to recieve a message soon, if any time some day, considering the Association is disbanded, and this channel might be forgotten by the old members./
