Standard Contract Wrote:Mercenary "Octavius" will assist group [insert here] during time of war/aggression against the organization/entity [insert here].

Article 1, Contracted Activity
The mercenary will during the time of this contract be considered a pilot of said organization, during which he will actively pursue and engage the enemy force(s) known as [insert here]. Said mercenary will also assist personnel of contracted organization at all times while present if any active enemy signals are detected within Sirius, this stipulation can be temporarily waived by the contracting organization depending on the situation.

Article 2, Payment, Pricing & Fulfillment Requirements
The price for said arrangement would be 2 Million per enemy destroyed, if the enemy vessel is a gunboat class or higher, it will be 5 million per termination. Said mercenary will provide black box proof of enemy termination for each individual kill to receive payment.

Article 3, Additional Terms
1a. During this contract the mercenary will still be available for hire by other groups that are not associated, or indirectly associated with the enemy entity this contract aims at.
2a. During this contract, any enemy targets that have a posted bounty will be claimed by said mercenary, and not the hiring organization.
2b. If a bounty has been placed on a terminated target by the hiring organization, they must pay the bounty reward, as well as the agreed amount within the contract. The only exception is if the bounty target was not within the original contract as a target, and in which case only the bounty prize is due.
3a. This contract can be terminated at any time by the hiring organization leader or the contracted mercenary under the circumstances of; hostilities cease, enemy surrenders, territory is taken over, lack of funds to continue employment of mercenary, loss of war/aggression, or mercenary incompetence.
3b. Cancellation of contract requires all fees to be paid in full.
