This is Lieutenant [MiD]eon reporting.
I went to Rheinland system recently to try a better reputation with the Rheinland authorities - still working on the Zoner ID.
I was tired so I decided to spend the night in Manheim Station - Frankfurt.
In the morning when I left the station, there were half a dozen Red Hessians engaging with the Rheinland Military. I decided to assist the Rheinland authorities.
The shields were going down too fast so I docked at the station again to protect the assets in my cargo hold.
Then, suddently, received a message from a so called [Phantom]Death* stating that I was in violation of server rules because of docking and that it is dishonourable to use shield batteries and nano bots during Player-versus-Player engagement...
There are couple serious issues involved in this:
1- I didnt even know I was in a PVP. When I entered my ship I just programed the navigation system to take me to Hamburg. Didn't even know there were Phantoms arround the base (willing, or not, to kill a [MiD] member ON SIGHT!).
2- Even though the Diplomatic Relations state that we are currently unfriendly with [Phantoms], it seems that I was actually being shot on sight. I replied to the strange communication telling [MiD] are currently not to engage in war or PVP battles. [MiD] are JUST business at the moment.
After the engagement, I received a short notice from [MiD]Tony{ECR} telling that because of his involvement in Rheinland activities, I was also a target from the unlawfuls currently in the system and was about to be shot on sight.
I'll be reporting to my superior in command soon so I can find a safehouse to store the assets currently in my cargo hold.
Untill further orders, I must also state that my ship's equipment is not currently armed with full lethal power to fend of the rising threat. It is only armed to serve the sole purpose of escorting and provide business assistance to the rest of [MiD].

guess what i did yesterday xD
i fooled a SF patrol he wanted to take a scan but i had a load full of
artifacts xP when he said he wanted to scan me i dropped the artifacts sumwhere then returned to cardiff(where he wanted me to stay for a scan)
sold the artifacts at london.
that was just for the money nuttin else.
seems like we r at war with the phantoms (am i right?)
they dont do business with us anyway and this fight can get us allies maybe

No Phantom connections. News concerning your involvement in the affair was gleaned from

I sencerly hope the Acts of our Rheinland commander will not hurt relations in liberty. Any actions taken by him inside his spere of influence do not effect the family as a whole without the godfather's blessing.
