I had to play Sanctionlancer due to the actions of one guy who jumped into Delta only to jump out and kill us all by dropping us in Zone-21. I'm all fine with kidnapping someone when it's done fairly, but I had no warning, and to top it all off the guy was cloaked!
Don't know about you, but that's Trolling and insufficient RP prior to combat, if you ask me.
To be fair, this is exactly the same way we were jumped out by Erzie the first time. He was also cloaked and did about the same amount of RP, if any (because I didnt see him write stuff in the chat, correct me if im wrong.).
Imo cloaks and JD's shouldnt be able to work in conjunction.
Erzie was not cloaked. And he was shot at the moment he arrived at the group.
Then i was blind and did not see him coming. Anyways, I abhorr the tactic with a passion because it leads to involuntary ID violating and nothing but salt and hate.

I suggest we drop the conversation about jump drives until the development team has time to fix it.

Actually cloak + jd 2 or 3 should be fine. It may be a very fun defensive weapon.
About cloak + JD4, i've got mixed feelings tbh. It may be used as fancy offensive weapon, but it may also cause stuff like above.

I think it shuld be mandatory to do some Abduction RP messages before Cloak jump Abduction, just like there is mandatory to do RP attack message before Cloak but-attack. It is not nessesery to say WHO will be abducted, but some message in style: "i am going to kidnap somone now" will at least warn people to stay alert, but just like in but Cloak attack case, little you can do except cruise out and leave fight (which can be good bluffing and terror tactic btw) .
