I have a tactic. Not one I am willing to use myself though...
It's called, the starflier bomb.
These admins appear to be honour bound to help new space travellers. They also enjoy sitting outside Manhattan. So, the starflier bomb works like this. You get 10-20 bombers stationed on Manhattan, waiting for an [Admin]. The starflier is then launched, to annoy the [Admin] with stupid questions. While the [Admin] is speaking, the bomber horde simultaneously launches from Manhattan and fire SN cannons at the [Admin]. This should, in theory, be enough to break through their legendary shields, underneath which the hulls are as weak as a regular ship. A few blasts with standard weaponary, and you have your bounty.
