I apparently got shot by 3 or 4 ships that werent registered. I would appreciate it if people could finally learn to register to events using their char names and not "unnamed". I gonna personally withdraw from every event from now on with unnamed ships registered.

I'm sorry that happened to you but even if everyone comes with a ship already named and registered, there still are people that show up unannounced when the event is already started.
The only way I see how to avoid this is to have admin support for this kind of events further. Good luck.
edit: you're right. i did see a couple of ships around that werent camera ships and werent in the core/rm group, but the group we had was at 10 or 11 out of 12 registered players
