Go to Dublin, and go "south" of arranamore, and there is a jump hole to it from there. Or go to omega-5 then "South" of hammen hole to a jumpe hole to some omega somethign systemn jump liek omega 43 and then wander around by the planet witht he corsair base on it till you find the Omega 49 JH.

I have, With the generous help of the Hellfire Legion leader, Have defeated the SSO| Flaggship, Hand of Payne. I suffered no damage to my armour in the combat but unfortunatly the Hellfire Legion fighter was almost destroyed.
