One minor critique:
The profit on this was too high. The numbers you mentioned it being balanced for are uh, not correct, and it ended up being noticeably more profitable than ore.
And people really need to log more unlawfuls! Look at those combat numbers! Truly a shamefur dispray from Liberty's outlaws. This might be more balanced when it is held in a region with a smaller lawful population, and they could probably use stronger incentives in the mechanics next time.
That having been said, this was AWESOME, I thoroughly enjoyed the run on a maxed-out battletransport, the fights and of course the profits I got.
Also I hate you, Garuda|Ksanti.Prajna.

I had "run" hacker character you shot down
There was a good amount of pirating and unlawful activity there
you just don't see it in kill stats
People were generally nice and asked for more money from traders
as opposed to just shooting them down to claim the 5m bounty
Only vessel class the event was weak for were battle transports as you said
I just ignored you afterwards
