Engagement is when you lower opponent's shield down to 50%, or spam around 5 CDs. Roleplay prior engagement is mandatory.

I consulted with my communist lawyer and he said that everything that Coalition bomber done is legal.
About a reasonable amount of time to react, I think its work when fight only start not when Zoner Colony ships already send their rockets.

And here screenshot I have only 69 torp and 4.2 seconds to next launch that means I shoot first torp 0.4-0.8 microseconds ago or I enter fight in 21:15:32 that means +-21 seconds from my last line.
And for again about a reasonable amount of time to react this screenshot has 2 rockets which were launched by zoners ship my interface hide it a bit but you can see them.
So put your hands away from Coalition.

Point is as coalition you shouldn't protect order, you need to have separate RP with us to attack
We gave you no reason to really, you made no demands, you just 1/2 fire in a fight you shouldn't have a horse in after logging because I assume you just didn't have an order ship parked in Delta.
I get that you just want some pew with your buddies, at least tell your friends to not ridicule the somewhat incoherent OP when he doesn't like that though
Those torps were obviously sent at order battleships and you knew it

An attack is when you fire weapons to damage the shield/hull. A CD doesn't really do much damage and isn't counted as an attack unless they are being spammed.
The 50% drain of the shield was an old Rule (and a silly one at that). Why should someone wait for their shield to be dropped below 50% before defending themself?

Not really a feasible argument.

Just a quick FYI, the ORder (especially the Overwatch) and Coalition are practically allied, and the Coalition retains at least a few ships in the Omicrons to assist us against mutual foes like the Core and Nomads.
