I am shocked.
There are lots of reasons to walk away from this place, I myself walked away numerous times for a myriad of reasons but discrimination has never been one of them.
I have been here for over a decade, been in different factions both official and indie, been in so many groups on Skype and on Discord and I have never noticed what you are describing.
Have you tried messaging the persons in question personally and let them know what they said or did bothered you?
Sometimes people are simply unaware that certain actions they do or certain words they speak can harm a fellow community member and initiating a personal dialogue with those individuals is often enough to come to an agreement.
