Might truly want to consider adding Shikoku and Hamburg after all. A not insignificant part of the non-convoy people moved through Liberty so far. Might be worthwhile opening up two secondary chokepoints this way.

There is no "goal" for deliveries like there was for the Cardamine, the number there is arbitrarily high, because it's not possible to set it to infinite.

Can confirm, the event is open-ended. It's not intended to have a specific goal that traders have to reach. Just enjoy the concentrated activity, participate in the RP, and reap the profits while you can.

it hasnt even been 24 hours, and half a million has been shipped.... so i guess transports wont hit more then 10-12million max

Update:
FA, Hogosha, Samura bounty payouts increased to $200,000.
Hamburg and Shikoku added as event systems.
Cargo bonuses reduced from $126 to $111.
Changes take effect from next server restart.
