Salut there, no. I monitored it
Only a cruiser from core who got blasted by 6 to 9 pulses got "instantly deshielded" the rest got deshielded by the sheard amount of fire.

The defensive guns were unintentionally massively overtuned and have been brought more in line with normal NPC station weapons for tomorrow. The bonus damage applied by Outcasts hitting the 800k commodity mark will also be applied in the interim.
