It was likely an oversight. Please report any bugs you discover on the Bug Reports subforum, so the developers responsible (in this case balance) for the said bug can have a look. Messages get lost in threads or, what we often experience, discord/private messages.

I mean, several of these are new ones already and I'm pretty sure the old ones get phased out over time, simply due to the significantly on average faster racing times achievable in 5.3 (don't take my record from me, I'll never manage this again :< )
