Name your new character [SA]-******
replace the ****** with the call sign you desire, please make it an appropriate name.
if any SA are on ask them funds to buy a Guardian VHF(available on BS Missouri in NY).
next step will be either to:
(1) get green with Liberty Navy, get a Navy ID and get green with Liberty Navy Guard or
(2) fly to Tau-31 for funding from Greg_The_Godfather(if online, optional if you have no funds)
if you have enough funds, you can start on your own.
Once all tasks are completed report to any SA officer in the vicinity...

keeping a capship is fine, just use it for personal activities. all recruits start with a guardian VHF. plus you need to fill out the questionnaire like Rabid_Oscar and NovaCameron did in earlier posts..
