Leaders can communicate among themselves and then use group chat (yes, only teams will be grouped each others, not the whole faction) to transmit the orders to the team.

I might not play however and make sure that the server gets max performance for the time you need.
I am saying in advance:
once server reaches around 20 players lag starts to occur.
This is RAM problems.
Try and keep the number a bit low please.

We should use TS, just have people get a mic, they're only 10 dollars. We could have separate channels for each group, and a leaders channel, where the leaders can discuss stuff.
(I doubt it, but could I lead one of the groups? It's OK if i cant, there's lots more people with more experience than I.)

Maybe a Pirate ID for Coalition and Military (there is a generic military ID on the Missouri in NY) Military for the Alliance...
Or Neutral for all...
