Its not like I don't agree with you, but there is such a thing as causing more damage with a good thing. If the LR have their banks refurbished or restored despite their being a very recent amendment that shared account issues wont be investigated?
It says two things to people, they got special treatment, and I should too. If its an issue the rule should be edited to include special clauses for offcial faction armouries and banks.
Edit: I also don't see what you're talking about with spirit of the rule, its clear cut and mentions nothing about this sort of situation. Its a gentleman's rule to respect banks and armouries if anything in Discovery.

Can happen by accident, though. Once someone tried to send me an account, and sent me all their accounts, including the VF armoury and some BAF shared I didn't investigate.

So whats this? A thread dedicated to complaining? The Admins wont do anything about it, they made that quite clear. What he did will scar him for the rest of his time here. It is very unlikley he will be accepted into any other player faction again. This will be his punishment. If you wish to add an additional overkill to the equasion the go right ahead. But this topic really isn't getting anyone anywhere under the current objective stated in the first post.

Basically, there's one lesson to learn here.. make sure that hand playing pocket pool is your own.
