The whole Order| would have to make a deal to override the red box with the current rules. An indie character cannot without a special op id at the moment.

Well I don't think the Hogosha would want to share unless the Order gave access to their tech in return. That would be my vote if there was a proposal to the BDS. Though you wouldn't have to worry about Hogosha Light Carriers cause the biggest we fly are funboats.

I've used the Kusari CT for a long time and have flown it through the Omicrons and Deep Omegas many many times. That ship can take on wave after wave of Corsair Titans followed by wave after wave of Nomads before having to dock. I brought Blood Diamonds from Omega-11 to Liberty going around through the Omegas - Omicrons - Alaska and only docked for repairs when I got into New York
