Overall, not too many complaints.

The cruise drain makes it advantage pirates IMO. They stop you and before your weapons can charge, you are either crippled or dead.

Honestly, how many capship pilots cruise and ekill to fire their guns 350m/s faster? by the time they actually target anything they're out of range anyways.
The cruise thing is stupid and unnecessary, end of story. It needs to be taken out, and I'm going to keep griping about it until that happens.

That cruise drain can be called more RP approach to the game - cruise engines consumes more energy but in these case RP is badly agains fun in my opinion.
