As I see it, this will be the chain of event...
Agmen gets uber ganked by everyone.....
He dies, defilers come out, person tractors them in.
Everyone ganks that person, than the get kill and someone else tractors them in.
Repeat that. Last man standing gets the weapons.

Even when you get the weps equipped, everyone will still target you because you'll be the "strongest" player. Whoever gets the defliers will basically have a "Kill me now" sign on them. Almost everyone will shoot you just to beat you:P

(Admin guns, Admin shields) This ship will do a cargo transfer to the person that wins the combat - so nothing will be dropped in space to be able to be picked up or looted by anyone else - from that combat.
Up to you to survive getting to a station to either mount your prizes or sell your goodies....:P
