Well this new model is awesome! Should nicely fit into the GC line as it got a larger number of similarities with the Orchid

assuming that the ship in the first page is the one being put foward as a replacement model, here are my comments etc.

1. the current VHF has a very exact hitbox which covers the tentacles as well. you need to make sure you do the same for this version as well, since the slightest change to anything in kusari can lead to unbalance.

2. im not sure with the texture job. is it complete? have you assigned random colors to show what it would look like? i personally definitely think that the texture job is -seriously- lacking in terms of quality. there is hardly any kusari-esque textures there that i can see, except maybe a trim or two.

3. the design i saw before this one i liked quite a bit and as suggested here, could be used for say.. a replacement for renzu etc.

also, im not sure, but i THINK they are white wings i see. if so, tis all good. if im hallucinating, you need to add em as well?

Looks impressive. I love the way the engines look but I think the tails on it look too similar to the Harvester Cruiser. That and it would be a nightmare to hit box (even though you'd be doing it).

Looks good though, I like the way it look overall.

<3 Jinx, need to say more?

If it would be me, i'd say yay to it.

I loved the first model. This one is too short... I love the current model more than this one.

The current model is still better.

Heh... Dragon head with dreadlocks indeed.

To bump Frozen (Gurjiv) post -

The texture on the ship is quite just simple for me, not to mention, I see you have used "kusari" texture on the engines exhaust tube's.

Though, well - I'm still practicing how to texture, but I'll suggest you use more "detailed" texture for the body, istead of using plain "metal".

As for the design, that is you guys to handle - since Renzu makes "civilian" ships.

Also, Gurjiv, - yes, those are white wings that you see there. Hard to see, yet visible if you have the eye of an eagle:laugh:

Sorry Jinx, but the Texture looks like the Ship is made out od Stone DX

possible GC VHF revision - Akura - 04-22-2010

Still looks like a Harvester ship to me.

It's not... feminine enough... needs to be softer and smoother, less of the dreadlocks.
