It looks nice, and creating a hitbox for such a fluid shape should be a simple matter with the proper time. You might want to spend some time looking at the other Nomad structures and textures, I think the pinkish-red doesn't quite suit their blue and squishy nature.

That is just a basic tex so you can better see its shape, it is not supposed to be so red BUT!
It has a hard Opaque shell and it would have to be a darker harder color than the squishy blue that is jutting out. So it would look like that even with the scaley tex too but more blue purple.

in my opinion, nomad entity observes some mathematical simetry rules this base doesnt have at all... this just seems like a large rock with randomly set tentacles.

Hey man I just noticed the PM you sent me! Sorry it got burried under allot of stuff! Glad to see you back!
I like the concept of this nomad base, but I agree with xing. The nomads may be organic, but they are still artificial constructs, therefor they need a little bit of symetry. For sure keep the outer caprice. In my minds eye I see that base built into one of the omicron asteroids, which would look really neat. Kind of like a still functioning nomad lair.
